“How can I manage to eat healthy without hurting my wallet?” you ask yourself. Well I will tell you how, with my help you will eat healthy and have enough money left over to buy clothes and complement your healthy body. I will give you tips on how to change your habits, if it’s eating fast food or spending money on food you don’t eat. By the end of this presentation you will have the necessary knowledge to eat healthy and save money.
“How can I accomplish this goal?“ You can accomplish this goal by first of all things stop eating fast food, all that unhealthy food which can only hurt your body. Stop wasting money on food you end up leaving to rot in your house. If you shop a lot in the middle section of the super market your going to have to start shopping on the outer sections which contain good healthy vegetables and fruits.
These outer section products are good for making hood home cooked meals, cooking your food with fresh products is a very good. So much diversity in the types of plates you can cook. All you need is a good recipe book or internet access, if you have a desire to eat Mexican food a good recipe book is “1000 Mexican Recipes” by Marge Poore. In that book you can find how to make yourself a good Mexican tamale or any other Mexican dish you may crave.
If you don’t want to waste money and want a diverse amount of recipes the internet is a good place to do your search. A page like http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Main.aspx is a good source to find free recipes. It has recipes for European, Mediterranean, Dominican food lovers or people that are vegetarian. Now buying the ingredients for these recipes is were you have to be smart and have a good eye to save money. Ingredients such as vegetables are good to buy when they are in season, this means that that vegetable is being harvested and is there is a great abundance of them there for it brings down there cost. You can also save and buy other ingredients when they are on sale.
A good option to save money on your ingredients is frozen foods like frozen peas. They can be cheaper then fresh food and taste the same, Organic food is always a good option for eating healthy and keeping the environment good and healthy. But spending money on organic food may not always save you money. Mainly because organic food is expensive due to the cheapness of junk food and other unhealthy products. You can also save money when you want a healthy snack buy throwing
In all you want to eat nutritious food and learn how to buy food when its on special or in season. And if you cant learn to cook from a recipes there is always some one like your mother to help you. Also if you have a habit of buying large quantities of a product and only eating half of it it’s a waist of money. If you want a snack don’t have a bag of chips be create full and have make your own little snack from food that’s healthy.
